Two Roland CAMM-1 Pro cutters and one Summa S2 T160 plotter handle the contour work. Tight tolerance on heat-transfer, adhesive, and reflective stock — weeded, masked, and packed flat in reclosable bags.

Dye-sub & DTF transfers, sized for apparel decorators.

Two transfer types, one bench. Dye-sublimation sheets for polyester and performance wear; DTF (direct-to-film) for cotton, blends, and tri-blends. Turnaround mirrors the six-to-twenty-four-hour separation window.

Dye-sublimation transfers

For polyester & performance apparel.

Sublimation paper printed on calibrated desktop and wide-format sublimation rigs, then taped and packed flat. Press temperatures of 385–400°F at 45–60 seconds, peel hot or cold per your preference.

DTF (direct-to-film) transfers

Direct-to-film prints with hot-melt adhesive powder, finished with a controlled cure. Adheres to cotton, poly/cotton blends, tri-blends, and dark fabrics without pretreatment — press, peel, done.
