Outline all strokes. Convert text to outlines or attach the font file. Live effects flatten on receipt.
Drop your file, name the ink set and RIP, tell us how many garments. A separation artist on our Greensboro bench — not a bot — opens the ticket and replies with a firm quote and an ETA before end of business.
One form, no phone tag. Drop the artwork, set the production targets, and our separation artist replies with a firm quote and ETA before the next shift change. Tickets auto-assigned within 2 business hours.
No surprises at the front desk. If your file matches the column on the left, your ticket goes straight to a separation artist — not a triage queue.

300 dpi at final print size. sRGB or Adobe RGB. Transparent background unless printing on white.
Larger files: WeTransfer / Dropbox link in the notes. Multiple artboards go in one zip.
Matsui, Union, Wilflex, FN-INK, Avient, Perkins, Permaset — or send a spec sheet for your house ink.
One zip. One proof sheet. One job-ticket PDF. Everything your press operator needs to load the job and start running shirts the morning the email arrives.
One file per color — cyan_plate.tif, magenta_plate.tif, underbase, highlight. Numbered to match the proof sheet, never scrambled.
CMYK build of the final garment image, plus side-by-side swatches against the named ink set so your client can sign off before production.
Native to the RIP you named (AccuRIP, Wasatch, FlexiSign, Onyx, Caldera). ICC profile included on request so colors hit the same on your press they did on ours.
CCU job number, ink targets, mesh count suggestion, flash cure notes, and the artist's direct extension if you want to call the bench with a question.
Run your file through this list before you hit submit. Each fix is a 10-second job — and it's the difference between a same-day ship and a 24-hour back-and-forth.
If the brief says "CMYK print" but your file is RGB, we'll separate against the right target — but tell us in the notes so we don't guess. Spot-color jobs should ship as RGB or grayscale with PANTONE swatches referenced.
Dark garments need an underbase. If your design has light colors and you didn't include a white plate, we add one — and email you about it. Save the round-trip by flagging it in the notes.
Outline all live text in AI/EPS/PDF before you export. If outlining breaks a variable font, attach the .otf/.ttf in the same zip. We don't ship substituted fonts back to your press.
300 dpi at final print size, not 300 dpi at screen size. A 14" wide tee graphic needs 4200 px wide minimum — not 1500 px from a Pinterest save.
"48 — black tees" tells us mesh count and ink choice. "TBD" makes us email you for it. Garment brand + color + count = press-ready the first time.
